The review procedure followed by the annual journal Biographical Studies and Education is based on the principles of anonymity and professional ethics in the scientific world, according to the recommendations of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
The editors adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Reviewers are selected based on the contents of articles submitted to the address: bpredakcja@gmail.com.
2. Reviewers are selected from outside research groups and units with which the author of the submitted article is affiliated.
3. Each article is reviewed by two independent reviewers.
4. The editorial staff may ask for a third review in the case of interdisciplinary articles or if the first two reviewers have taken divergent positions.
5. All reviews are anonymous and this applies to both authors and reviewers.
6. A review form is the basic document used in the reviewing process of the annual journal Biographical Studies in Education.
7. The list of reviewers is published in the masthead of each issue of the journal.
